The Machine consists of 4 axes in which all the axes can be interpolated to perform a trajectory motion path to perform a smooth weld in critical areas. The Axes can perform Linear, Helical and Circular Interpolation simultaneously. The Machine runs on CNC G Code programming language which is most convenient and easy method used in the industries.

Features

This Measuring System is highly precision built with Laser Sensors moved with better positional accuracy and repeatability using Linear Motors. The System has 3 axes can measure Linear Dimension, Thickness and Diameter of the parts. This system can replace the conventional method of measuring the parts and reduces the Measurement time drastically. The Measured Data can be stored in excel format in the system and can retrieved later for checking the defect parts. The System also can be customised based on the requirements.
